The AI project manager that shows its work.
Startify runs the busywork of your projects — domains, email, integrations, handovers. It plans every change, asks before it acts, applies each change once, then proves the result. Every step has a receipt.

Plan, approve, apply once, verify, record.
Most AI agents act first and explain later. Startify uses the same loop every time, so you always know what will change, who approved it and whether it actually worked.
Say what “done” looks like
A domain, a mailbox, an integration, a handover. Desired state lives in one place you can read and edit.
See the exact change
Startify reads what exists now and builds a versioned change plan. Each plan gets a fingerprint (hash).
You approve that plan only
Your approval covers that hash, scope and expiry. If anything in the plan changes, it needs approving again.
No double-ups
Before acting it checks again. Anything already done is skipped, and the rest is applied exactly once.
Proof, not “should be fine”
Results are read back from public resolvers and provider APIs. A mismatch stops the run instead of retrying blindly.
An audit trail you can read
Plans, approvals, observations and outcomes go into an append-only log. Secrets and message contents never do.
Nothing is “set up” until the evidence says so.
A login that works or a dashboard showing green isn't proof. Startify only marks a domain complete when live checks pass, and it keeps the evidence.
- Nameservers — who really controls the domain
- MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC — mail that arrives and isn't spoofed
- What the site actually serves — not a parked placeholder
- Drift alerts — notice when something changes later

Fast where it's safe. Human where it matters.
Startify gets on with routine work by itself. It stops and asks you whenever money, access or anything irreversible is involved.
Secrets never sit in the plan
Credentials stay in a secure vault. The project record holds only an opaque reference, so you can share it with a client.
Human-only gates
Passwords, MFA, payments, publishing and deletions always come back to you. It doesn't try to work around them.
One client per tenant
Each client gets its own state, approvals and log. Accounts and changes are never mixed between clients.
Manual fallback built in
No API? Startify uses approved browser control, or gives you a step-by-step packet to apply yourself. Then it verifies the result.
Starting with the jobs nobody wants to do.
The first version focuses on client onboarding: getting a new client's domain, email and records right on day one.
Business email
Domains, mailboxes and aliases on Purelymail, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks.
In pilotDomains & DNS
Registrar-agnostic change packets, applied by API, by approved browser control or by hand.
In pilotDesired state
An Airtable base per client: resources, plans, approvals, runs and audit events.
DesigningHosting
Hosted sites and custom domains, held to the same setup-complete gate.
